It took about a half hour for the manager to speak to us just to say he will not issue any refund or even a partial refund. They refused to acknowledge us and then we asked to speak to management. We walked back to the cashier and asked for a refund since we came from far to enjoy our night life. Since we are not from Philly we had no idea the bar closes at 2 since the club closed at 5 am.
We were then told that the bar is closed. We paid our entry fee of $30 dollars each and proceeded to go to the bar.
